AIText2Doc respects your privacy and keeps data collection limited to operating, securing, and improving the service.

What we collect and process

Contact messages you choose to send, including your name, email, and message.
Basic technical logs used for security and rate limiting, such as IP address and user agent.
PDF document content while a server-side PDF is rendered. Temporary job files are removed after the request.
Cookie and consent preferences stored in localStorage or a cookie.

Browser-based DOCX conversion

DOCX conversion runs in your browser. We do not receive the text used for DOCX generation unless you separately request a server-side PDF export or send it through the contact form.

Analytics

With your optional consent, Google Analytics may process page views, browser/device details, approximate location derived from IP address, and online identifiers. You can change analytics consent through the Manage cookies link in the footer.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense on selected pages, including the converter. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device information, and other identifiers to deliver, limit, personalize where permitted, and measure ads. Where required, advertising choices are collected through Google's certified consent management platform.

Retention and rights

Contact messages are kept only while needed for support. Security logs are kept for a limited period. You may request access, correction, or deletion of contact data by emailing support@aitext2doc.com.
