Frequently asked questions

If you still have questions, reach out using the contact form.

Does AIText2Doc store my text?

The converter runs in your browser, so the content stays local. The only data stored server-side is contact form messages when you choose to send them.

What is the best way to copy AI output?

Use the AI tool's Copy button (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). Manual select and copy can lose formatting.

What equation formats are supported?

The tool detects common LaTeX patterns including inline \( ... \) and display \[ ... \] blocks, then converts them into MathML for Word.

Will my headings stay intact?

AIText2Doc preserves text structure and bold markers so headings and emphasis are easier to apply in Word.

Can I edit the DOCX after export?

Yes. The DOCX output is fully editable in Word and compatible editors like Google Docs.

Does the converter work offline?

The legacy converter runs entirely in the browser, so it can work offline after the page loads.

How accurate is the MathML output?

Most formulas convert cleanly, but complex LaTeX can require adjustments. The preview highlights any failed conversions in red.

What if I see a red equation in the preview?

That indicates MathML conversion failed. You can edit the LaTeX, toggle MathJax fallback, or copy the MathML for manual fixes.

Is there a file size limit?

There is no hard limit, but large inputs can take longer to render. Split very long texts into sections for best results.

Does AIText2Doc use ads right now?

No. The architecture is ready for ads, but ads only appear after consent and after publisher IDs are configured.

Can I control cookies and analytics?

Yes. Use the Manage cookies link in the footer to update your preferences at any time.

Will you add templates or style presets?

Templates and saved style profiles are planned. Share your use case via the contact form to influence priorities.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Use the contact form with details and sample text. The team reviews reports daily.
