Editorial Policy

Last updated: 2026-02-12

AIText2Doc publishes guides and blog posts to help users convert AI-generated drafts into clean, editable documents. This page explains how we create, review, and update content.

Our goals

  • Helpfulness first: articles should solve a real problem (formatting, equations, export workflow).
  • Accuracy: we aim for practical, reproducible steps and clear limitations.
  • Trust: we separate editorial content from advertising and avoid misleading claims.

How content is created

Content is drafted by the AIText2Doc team based on product behavior, common user questions, and testing in Word/PDF workflows. We may use AI assistance for drafting, outlining, or rewriting, but we review and edit the final text for clarity and correctness.

Sources and originality

  • We do not scrape other sites or republish copyrighted articles.
  • We use original explanations, examples, and checklists tailored to this tool.
  • When we reference standards or widely known concepts, we describe them in plain language.

Corrections and updates

If an article becomes outdated or contains an error, we update it. Significant updates may be noted in the article metadata (for example “Updated” date). If you spot an issue, please contact us and include the page URL and a short description.

Advertising and affiliate links

  • If we show ads, they are labeled and separated from editorial content.
  • We do not ask users to click ads or use incentivized clicks.
  • If we ever include affiliate or sponsored links, we will disclose them clearly on the page.
